Help spread the word about this important policy
Recognizing the vulnerability of Malawi’s rain-fed agriculture to climate shocks, the administration has mainstreamed climate resilience into national policy.
Reeling from the effects of climate induced disasters such as Cyclones Anna, Gombe and Freddy, the administration has experienced all the weight of responsibility to cushion affected communities from further distress.
Investments have been channeled into irrigation, early warning systems, and green technologies.
