Strengthened internal financial and administrative controls to get systems working.
Opportunities to unlock
Recruited 2,000 permanent primary school teachers and 4,200 auxiliary teachers.
Hired 3,930 temporary health workers, with 2,741 more expected soon.
Recruited 3,499 new police officers and 714 prison warders.
