Crossroads to Kanengo Dual Carriageway

The Crossroads to Kanengo Road project in Lilongwe is one of the most notable signature projects of President Chakwera’s administration in cooperation China.

It is aimed at enhancing transportation efficiency and reducing congestion along the M1 corridor.

The project involves upgrading a 10-kilometer stretch of the M1 road from Crossroads Roundabout to Kanengo Junction into a dual carriageway.
