Mzuzu University Library

In November 2020, the Chakwera administration commenced construction of the state-of-the-art library and auditorium at Mzuzu University, replacing one that got gutted by fire in 2015. Besides supporting academic functions at the university, the new structure will upon completion add beauty to the green city as it is one of the most beautiful high rise buildings around.

The new complex will have seating capacity of 5000, making it the largest library in the country.
