University of Malawi Administration Block

The Chakwera government has since 2021 been constructing a new administration block at the University of Malawi in Zomba.

The building is designed to house 98 offices, six boardrooms, and kitchenettes, aiming to enhance administrative efficiency and accommodate the university's growing needs.

The new administration block is part of UNIMA's broader infrastructure development efforts, which include the construction of a new teaching complex under the Skills for a Vibrant Economy (SAVE) Project. This initiative aims to expand the university's capacity and enhance its appeal to both local and international students.

Upon completion, the administration block is expected to significantly improve the university's administrative operations and support its strategic objectives.
